Dear reader,

The idea for this community unfolded naturally. I have been in the real estate business for over 12 years, and, after selling hundreds of properties and working with countless clients, one thing has stood out for me over and over again….and that is…when the buyer finally reaches out to me, they really don’t have much of an idea about the buying process at all.

I was, (and still am), very happy, if not eager, to teach and hold their hand as we went through the process. I enjoyed the teaching process so much, I looked forward to working with first-time homebuyers, so that I could not only be a facilitator and a guide, but also an educator as we went.

Here in Nashville, about 50% of the residents in Davidson County are currently renting, and I can’t help but wonder..how many of the 160,000 households that are currently renting right now, might want to buy a home in Nashville, but they just don’t know where to start, or who to trust, and there just isn’t enough centralized information, provided by a real human, who is really in the trenches doing the selling on a day to day basis.

Enter, The Nashville Homebuyers Club. My wish is for this community to grow and flourish into an invaluable learning hub and resource for Nashville’s real estate community, as well as a place for networking and making new friends and connections.

As we build this community, we will be posting on this newsletter at least once per week, hosting live online Q&A sessions on a weekly basis, as well as in person events once per month, to bring the community together.
